I attended a 3 day course of eggless baking which included cupcake, brownie,black forest cake , banana cake and apple sauce muffins.It was a very delightful learning experience for me.Srobana helped me out by giving me all the details and assigning the dates.Steeby patiently thought me by clarifying all the doubts.All of them tasted amazing.I enjoyed thoroughly and feel confident .Thank you Bakeaddiction team. Had an opportunity to join the 1month basic course 1- 2-1 classes and trust me it was worthy. For someone like me, coming form a no baking experience, it was really helpful to have these sessions. Srobona, was really calm and explained all the details required in for making amazing baked goods with the all the simple ingredients. She was flexible enough to help me attend all the classes as I had a day job to attend along with these sessions. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot. My love for baking is never gonna die and thanks to her for adding that spark with the knowledge that was required for me to boast up my baking game. :) Shared a glimpse of few things I learned. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chocolate Cake, Scones, Swiss Roll
