Bakasur is a small food truck located just beside the main highway. The owner has a nice approach to customers. He was welcoming to us. Their menu features authentic Goan delicacies, excluding beef and pork. For non-veg people, there is chicken and mutton. There's outdoor seating available: a single table with a few plastic chairs. However, I wouldn't generally recommend sitting here as it's close to the highway and you risk dust getting into your food. Overall, I loved the taste of their food. Some of my family members found a few dishes too spicy. I tried their Chicken Cafreal Poee, and it was good. Definitely worth the price, but towards the end of the bread, I found it kind of spicy, and I was gasping for a drink even though I didn't want to eat first. The Rose Omelette was delicious, but unfortunately, it was also spicy. Their signature Mutton Soup, which is one of their most popular dishes according to the owner, was too spicy for any of my family members to drink. I gulped it down to avoid wasting money, though I did enjoy the Mutton Soup. It was hot, spicy, and absolutely filled with spices and good ingredients, as you'd expect from a soup. Ample parking space is available here. If you come by vehicle, don't expect the owner to serve you, but he'll bring your food to the table. I loved the prices here, which are very pocket-friendly. However, I would recommend the owner ask his customers if they prefer spicy food. Not everyone is used to having spicy food, like most of my family members. The owner disagreed when we pointed out the Mutton Soup was spicy. He told us that people come here specifically for this soup, even though we didn't ask.
