I ordered food on the phone directly to the owner, he confirmed and asked me to collect in twenty minutes. To my surprise, when I reached there I saw that my food package was placed directly on the shop floor. When I objected, the owner misbehaved and said ‘khana polythene mai hai, zameen ko touch nahi hua hai’!!! I still reasoned with him that food being lying on the floor like this is an insult to someone who will eat it and the food itself too. Upon hearing this the owner became more furious and said ‘mujhe apse behes nahi Karni’. My question is that if such is the treatment to the food then what happens in their kitchen?? It’s highly suggested that the government should conduct checks in such places to determine food hygiene. Overall the owner seems uneducated and lacking manners of any sort. Typical ignorant riding on his high order numbers; but likely a short lived success.
