Bajrang Lassi Bhandar situated at Charbagh gives the most value for money food item ,
I mean they take 20₹ for 2 Puri that too they are big in size and weight 100 gm per poori ,they give chola as side dish complimentary , real chola not chana one .
There lassi is overpriced 40₹ for a glass
After having my lunch in a restaurant near Charbagh metro station I passed by this shop named Guru Kripa Bajrangi Lassi which was very crowded. I also decided to join the crowd and have a glass of lassi.
The special menu included Rabri lassi in a mud glass, Kulfi falooda, special rabri, poori bhaji and bhatura. I ordered a Rabri lassi. The combination was superb and the taste was fantastic. I wish i could give a 4 star rating but 1 star less for the hygiene. Worth a visit!!
Well, some desserts cravings and here comes the Bajrang Lassi Bhandar for the rescue!
Thy name suggests that they might be selling only lassi, but they do sell pretty much more – including the king size bhaturas and pooris! Since I was already through my lunch some time back, I could not go for their bhaturas! Also, since I had a cup of tea a little while back, I could not opt for their signature lassi!
I was duly informed by the shop keeper that the rabri had just come in and was hot (Lucky me!). I went for some rabri and it was indeed very nice – you don’t often get to have “hot” rabri! Wish I could taste their gajar halwa as well!
Location is very nice - just nearby the Lucknow Railway station.
