Pathetic service! Couldn't even do proper packaging of a product I ordered to be couriered, it got damaged in transit, and they wouldn't even bother to refund or replace the product. Don't even bother to respond appropriately despite following up for weeks after placing the order. It was very clear from the picture sent by the courier agent, that the packaging was improper. Obviously these guys wouldn't accept that. Total loss only for me! Neither did I get the product, nor did I get my money back. Never gonna deal with these people again! ZERO STAR RATING, if that was possible here. Service: 1
