Bait is hands down one of the best beachside dining experiences in Trivandrum. We ordered the Seafood Sampler, Lamb Pepperoni Pizza, and Classic Crème Brûlée—and every single dish was superb. The seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, the Lamb Pepperoni Pizza had a delicious twist that made it stand out, and the Crème Brûlée was the perfect, indulgent finish to the meal. The ambience by the beach is unbeatable—relaxing waves, breezy vibes, and a beautifully set shack that makes you want to sit back and enjoy for hours. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends, family, or even for a cozy dinner by the sea. The service was just as impressive. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Overall, Bait offers the complete beach shack experience—great food, stunning ambience, and wonderful hospitality.
