had high expectations from Bait Al Mandi, but sadly, the service and hospitality were disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and we had to wait a long time just to get someone’s attention. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional — definitely not what you expect when dining out. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I visited this place expecting a flavorful Mandi Biryani, but it was nothing short of disappointing. The rice was undercooked, and the meat was dry,bland and more oil– definitely not worth the hype. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. When I politely mentioned the issues with the food, I was met with dismissive comments and a lack of concern. It’s clear that customer feedback isn’t valued here. The staff was unwelcoming, and it took over 30 minutes just to get a menu. I felt completely disrespected and unvalued as a customer. It’s clear that they don’t care about their patrons. I will never be returning and strongly advise others to stay away.
