They served half (some left overs) and asked us to wait 40 min more for the second serve which is ridiculous. The first serve was not even fresh and hot. Felt like cooked long time before. Not a great experience for a customer like me travelled 60 km just to visit this restaurant. I visited this place expecting a flavorful Mandi Biryani, but it was nothing short of disappointing. The rice was undercooked, and the meat was dry,bland and more oil– definitely not worth the hype. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. When I politely mentioned the issues with the food, I was met with dismissive comments and a lack of concern. It’s clear that customer feedback isn’t valued here. The staff was unwelcoming, and it took over 30 minutes just to get a menu. I felt completely disrespected and unvalued as a customer. It’s clear that they don’t care about their patrons. I will never be returning and strongly advise others to stay away.

I recently visited Bait Al Mandi, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The quality of the food was far from what I expected. For a place that specializes in Mandi, I was expecting much more in terms of taste and authenticity. To make things worse, the chicken portions were quite small for the price, leaving us unsatisfied. The atmosphere wasn’t great either. The restaurant felt cramped, and the cleanliness was questionable. and the overall hygiene left a lot to be desired. I had high hopes for this place, but after this experience, I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are far better options in the area for Mandi. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
