I had high expectations when I visited Baidew Hotel in Tinsukia, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The quantity of food was good, but the quality was lacking. I tried the pork gravy, which was overloaded with unnecessary masala, and it lacked proper flavor. It was clear that they don’t know how to prepare meat dishes properly.
