Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Visited Bagicha Lawn & Restaurant recently, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. The place might look decent from the outside, but the service (or complete lack of it) ruined everything. The biggest issue? The staff simply doesn’t care. We waited at our table for a long time, expecting someone to at least acknowledge us or hand us a menu — but no one even bothered to come over. We tried calling the waiters multiple times, but they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than actually doing their job. There was no sense of hospitality, no basic courtesy, and absolutely zero effort to attend to customers. It felt like we were invisible. Eventually, we had to walk out and go somewhere else. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of service, I’d strongly recommend avoiding Bagicha Lawn & Restaurant. Plenty of better options around that actually care about their guests. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
