Bagel and Churro square, a one of its kind American Place situated in Nirvana Courtyard, Sector 50, Gurugram approx 8 kms from HUDA Metro Station. They serve varieties of Bagels & Churros that are not just tempting but also tastes heavenly.I got invited by Trending Foodies' Pulkit Juneja Sir for Meet & Greet Brunch. There met with two of the threesome behind the outlet, who were briefing about this fabulous idea, science behind Bagel and Churro & their mission to make this people's regular breakfast.Interior / AmbieneThe is place is though small in size but excels in interiors with white theme which looks fantastic and beautiful. They had put small plants on the each table which was outstanding and obviously creating a healthy environment.Along with the interiors, I got stunned by the hospitality of the owners and 2 organisers. They were really nice with all bloggers. Music was playing alongside which was somewhat loud.FoodHere comes the crux of the visit, Fooding. So what was the Taste O Meter?Before briefing about the taste, let me gave you brief about Bagel & Churro.So Bagel is bread product originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. It is different from Donut which looks the same as Bagel is denser bread with spongy shape & chewy texture.And Churro is fried sweet snack kind of dessert.B & C Paneer Chipotle: In Bagels tried awesome combination of Grilled Paneer & Capsicum tossed in Chipotle sauce. Though it was hard to eat due to its fillings but it tasted so well, served with mixed salads which were fresh & crisp.Mojito: In Coolers, tried Mojito. It was flavorsome with a bit of mint taste in it. One con was that it was too much sweet.Churros: They serve various varieties such as Red Valvet, Cinnamon Sugar, Nutella stuffed & Coffee Hazelnut Churros. However we all tried different varieties and proved to be a must try dessert. Churro was crisp & well stuffed served with chocolate sauce.Spinach & Mushroom: This is B & C's recommendation that every non-vegetarian should try. Although, I am vegetarian but still tried it and it was worthy.Churro Cupcake:This is a new innovation of B&C, which hasn't been yet announced on menu but will soon be. They served with different varieties of cupcakes made of Churros and had different fillings like Vanilla Ice Cream with Caramel, nuttela etc. It was tempting & tastes heavenly.
