If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Indian sweets and snacks, Bhadai Sweets is the place to visit! I recently indulged in some of their most popular items—samosa, dhokla, khandvi, gujiya, and rasgulla—and I must say, the taste was better than Bikaner! Every bite was a delightful experience, and the quality of ingredients truly stood out. Savoury Delights I started with their samosa, and it was nothing short of perfection. The outer crust was golden brown, crispy, and flaky, with no excessive oiliness. The stuffing inside was packed with well-seasoned mashed potatoes, green peas, and aromatic spices. Unlike many places where samosas can be bland or too spicy, Bhadai Sweets strikes the perfect balance of flavors. Next, I tried their dhokla, and it was incredibly soft, light, spongy, and airy. The mild tangy-sweet taste, combined with the fresh green chili tempering, enhanced the flavor even further. The accompanying chutney added a burst of freshness, making it one of the best dhoklas I have ever had. The khandvi was another highlight of my experience. Each roll was thin, smooth, and perfectly textured, melting effortlessly in my mouth. The seasoning of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and grated coconut added the perfect finishing touch.
