Dishes of Vegetarian cuisine can be ordered at this restaurant. Badhai Sweets Corner is to be recommended for nicely cooked turkey, dhokla and bhaji. Good jalebi is the best dish.

If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Indian sweets and snacks, Bhadai Sweets is the place to visit! I recently indulged in some of their most popular items—samosa, dhokla, khandvi, gujiya, and rasgulla—and I must say, the taste was better than Bikaner! Every bite was a delightful experience, and the quality of ingredients truly stood out. Savoury Delights I started with their samosa, and it was nothing short of perfection. The outer crust was golden brown, crispy, and flaky, with no excessive oiliness. The stuffing inside was packed with well-seasoned mashed potatoes, green peas, and aromatic spices. Unlike many places where samosas can be bland or too spicy, Bhadai Sweets strikes the perfect balance of flavors. Next, I tried their dhokla, and it was incredibly soft, light, spongy, and airy. The mild tangy-sweet taste, combined with the fresh green chili tempering, enhanced the flavor even further. The accompanying chutney added a burst of freshness, making it one of the best dhoklas I have ever had. The khandvi was another highlight of my experience. Each roll was thin, smooth, and perfectly textured, melting effortlessly in my mouth. The seasoning of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and grated coconut added the perfect finishing touch. It was so flavorful and well-prepared that it surpassed my expectations. Irresistible Sweets Now, coming to the sweets—this is where Bhadai Sweets truly excels! The gujiya was nothing short of spectacular. The outer layer was crispy and golden, while the inside was richly stuffed with premium-quality khoya, dry fruits, and a hint of cardamom. It was fried to perfection, giving it an irresistible crunch, yet it remained light and non-greasy. Every bite was packed with traditional flavors, making it the best gujiya I have ever had. The rasgulla, however, was the real showstopper. Unlike many places where rasgullas can be overly sweet or too dense, Bhadai’s rasgulla was perfectly soft, spongy, and soaked in just the right amount of sugar syrup. It had a delicate texture and a lightness that made it an absolute joy to eat. Why Bhadai Sweets is Better Than Bikaner? While I have always been a fan of Bikaner, I have to say that Bhadai Sweets has taken the taste, quality, and authenticity to the next level. Their ingredients feel fresher, the flavors are more balanced, and the preparation is more refined. The hygiene standards are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Even the packaging is neat, clean, and well-thought-out, ensuring that the food reaches you in perfect condition.Bhadai Sweets has truly impressed me with its incredible taste, freshness, and authenticity.
