I used to visit Bade Miyan a lot because their chicken roll was one of the best rolls we get in Shillong. One of the reasons is that the paratha they use are thick and tasty. And their chicken filling used to be generous. Over the years, their chicken filling has become scanty and dry. I still love their chicken kabab though :)
