The biryani was just okay, but I had a really unpleasant experience with the reshmi kabab – I found hair in it. The lemon served on the side also looked inedible. I'm quite surprised, as this place is usually well-regarded. I'm starting to wonder about their current hygiene standards as it has gone really down. I used to visit Bade Miyan a lot because their chicken roll was one of the best rolls we get in Shillong. One of the reasons is that the paratha they use are thick and tasty. And their chicken filling used to be generous. Over the years, their chicken filling has become scanty and dry. I still love their chicken kabab though :)
