Found a chicken feather in my food. I informed the staff, they acted as if nothing happened. No apology, no concern. Hygiene and customer respect need serious improvement here. This place proves why checking Google reviews before eating somewhere is important. After my experience, I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews about this hotel.
