Backyard Palms Hotel is honestly one of the most pathetic places I’ve ever visited. The staff’s behaviour was shockingly rude, arrogant, and totally uninterested in serving customers. It felt like they were waiting for a chance to overcharge us. They offered ₹4000 for two beer towers + one tower free, but the final bill came to ₹7500. In my opinion, this is complete cheating. When we questioned them, instead of fixing the issue, they started arguing and behaving as if we were the problem. This place doesn’t care about customers at all. Their attitude, billing practices, and behaviour all feel like they’re just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of people. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. My experience was horrible, stressful, and honestly felt like being taken advantage of. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

Best place to enjoy time with family , Friends & Functions.. Backyard has 3 different section.. Fine dine , Lounge(Dance floor), Banquet with Lawn for functions like Anniversary, Weddings, Birthday parties, Ceremonies.. Good place to spend quality time with Friends & Family.. Budget Friendly too.
