We visited Backyard Cafe after seeing great reviews on Google, but our experience didn’t live up to the hype. When we arrived around 2 p.m., there were no other customers, and surprisingly, no one was there to greet or guide us. Despite calling the waiters, they ignored us and walked away, leaving us unsure about where to sit, whether inside with AC or outside. The poor customer service made the entire experience uncomfortable, and the café began to feel strange and unwelcoming. While the interiors looked aesthetically pleasing with plenty of frames and décor, the vibe didn’t work for us. We left without ordering anything, disappointed by the lack of hospitality. To add to the inconvenience, there’s no valet parking either. Perhaps it’s better during evenings, but based on our visit, I wouldn’t recommend it for a daytime outing. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
