We ordered al à carte - three different dishes and made it challenging! One continental, one veg & one non-veg Kerala dishes- all of them were lip smacking, with a unique taste by chef Harit kumar!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We dine here for dinner when we were at Taj Bekal, The food was good. The service was underwhelming but we did receive a complimentary ilaneer payasam, which was kind gesture on their part and needs appreciation. Experienced amazing service in this Flagship property of Taj. The resort is relatively well maintained and all the staff are very well experienced. We had special help from Jason and Pramod as we had some special requests. Our 3 night stay went smoothly. We had a Photoshoot as well and hotel management, especially Mr Pramod, helped us in arranging the photographer along with suggesting good locations. One recommendation from us will be to provide a full size mirror in the rooms. AC was not perfectly cooling in the room. Right from reception to restaurants to room service, everything was top notch.
