I recently visited the Backstage Lounge & Bar, and while the ambiance was pleasant, I encountered some issues that affected my overall experience. The main course left much to be desired in terms of flavor and presentation. Additionally, the attitude of one particular male waiter was disappointing. It's crucial for staff to cultivate a positive and welcoming atmosphere, which unfortunately was lacking in this instance. On a positive note, the service provided by the female waiters was commendable, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism. I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. I suggest considering additional training for the staff, particularly in customer service, and addressing any issues in the kitchen that may be affecting the quality of the dishes. I appreciate the efforts of the team, and I believe with some adjustments, the Backstage Lounge & Bar has the potential to offer an even better dining experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
