Today's order, Babai tiffen did its job well. but I had to cancel because zomato changed this to group order and send the poor delivery guy in the opposite direction to my house. in the end the order was delayed by around 20 mins and the food became cold when he got here in Bangalore traffic. when I told zomato, they tried blaming the resturant for food being cold. I corrected them saying it's zomato mistake to make it group order because of which it got delayed. then they tried blaming the poor delivery guy. I corrected them it's zomatos fautt. this order was cancelled because zomato made it a group order so it was deliveredate by 20 mins and food got cold. it's not the mistake of delivery or restaurant. don't blame them unnessacerly zomato. own up to youristakes.
