Absolutely terrible and dishonest service. We booked this hotel two months in advance, yet they cancelled our reservation at the last minute without any valid explanation. After putting us in a difficult situation, they shamelessly demanded three times the original price to keep the booking. This kind of greedy and exploitative behavior is completely unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing zero regard for customers. Avoid this place if you value basic honesty and hospitality. Service: 1

Terrible experience. We had pre-booked this hotel two months in advance, but they cancelled our booking at the last minute without giving any proper reason. After that, they asked us to pay three times the original price to keep the reservation. Extremely greedy behavior and very rude staff. Completely unprofessional with zero hospitality. My boyfriend and I kept coming back to Nirvana restaurant throughout the two months we stayed in Pushkar, especially for their Tibetan food. They make the best Thentuk in all of Pushkar, and we tried plenty of other places so that is saying something! The food is not only delicious, but the staff are also incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Add to that the wonderful, relaxed rooftop atmosphere and it is an easy place to fall in love with. I would highly recommend this place! Service: 5
