Visited Shree Baba Ramdev Dhaba in Nigdi few days back and honestly, the food was fantastic! We started with the Amras, which was so tasty and refreshing and felt like a perfect traditional start to the meal. It's just that it was tasting like Slice mango drink a little. The Dal Bati was good and satisfying with plenty of ghee. And the Paneer Sabji? That was truly great! The flavors were spot on, and it was easily the highlight of the dinner. I won’t lie, it was pretty crowded when we went, and we had to wait a bit for a table. But once we ate, I can say it was absolutely worth the wait. If you love genuine Rajasthani food, don’t let the crowd scare you off. Just go with some patience, and you’ll leave happy and full. Definitely coming back soon to try more items!
