Absolutely terrible experience — and we didn’t even get to the food. As soon as we walked in, it was clear that hospitality is not a priority here. No greeting, no staff acknowledgment, no one to guide us or even look in our direction. We stood around awkwardly trying to figure out where to sit, but not a single employee made an effort to help or approach us. It felt like we were invisible. After several minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to leave. It’s baffling how a place can be in the service industry and show zero interest in serving people. Based on what we experienced, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone — not even for a quick bite. If the welcome is this bad, I don’t even want to imagine the rest. Their Dal Bati Thali is the highlight—flavorful dal, crispy yet soft baati, and a generous serving of ghee. I also tried their Rajwadi Thali and Dry Fruit Churma, both were delicious. The place gets very crowded, especially on weekends, so be prepared for a wait. Service is quick but could be more efficient. The ambience is simple, with indoor, outdoor, and AC seating options. Parking is limited, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, the food is amazing, and if you're trying Dal Bati for the first time, this is a great place to start. Prices are reasonable, though desserts are slightly on the expensive side. Despite the rush and parking issues, the taste makes it worth a visit. Would definitely recommend it to Dal Bati lovers!
