I've been there twice. The food is great. Service is mediocre. 2nd time, while taking our order, the guy was scratching himself. Very off-putting. The guy at the counter, I assume, is the owner is passively rude in a manner where he takes the payment without an exchange of words or even a courteous look on his face.
