If possible I would have given them less than 0...this is what the staff n owner of bunk house deserves .....celebrated my daughter's birthday there ...we discussed everything before the function but to our surprise they failed to fulfill any of their duties...these people doesn't keep their words, lier, lazy, fraud....we had a gathering of 50 people and there was a single person looking after everyone...me n my husband came forward and started service food and drinks to our guests, they doesn't have cutlery even to feed 50 ppl...we were so embarrassed and furious...there was an agreement on putting a buffet but at the time of dinner they served everything is small bowls, salad, pickle, dessert nothing was served with the food....I asked to arrange a table for keeping return gifts but everything said to them was in vain....hampers were kept like a garbage in a corner.....when kids asked to play their choice of songs on dj, the person said jo baj rha hai wahi chalega....the entire 3 hours of function I was on my toes serving my guests.... They ruined our whole function.... List is very long cannot write everything but for the people who are planning to host something big there pls donot come into their trap...
