Appalling Customer Service and Disrespectful Staff Behavior I have been a regular customer of Buhari Hotel for the past eight months, frequently ordering food for myself and my staff. Despite their free delivery service, I consistently tipped the delivery personnel. On June 14th, 2024, I placed an order for two meals and a double omelet at around 1:45 PM. The food was delivered promptly in 25 minutes, and I paid Rs 210 instead of the bill amount of Rs 195. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that they had sent a single omelet instead of a double. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and the person on the phone assured me it was not a problem. He said they would settle it on my next order and instructed me to order a single omelet, which they would replace with a double omelet. He also mentioned that there was no need to keep the bill, as we were regular customers. After the Eid break, on June 19th, 2024, I called the restaurant again to place an order for two meals and a single omelet, as previously instructed. This time, a different man answered the call. When I explained the situation, he rudely dismissed my request and insinuated that I was trying to cheat them. His tone was extremely disrespectful, and he even went as far as to say that they do not want customers like me anymore. Whether this individual was a worker or the owner, his behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. It's shocking that for a mere Rs 15 discrepancy, he would treat a loyal customer with such disdain. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Buhari Hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. Such behavior will undoubtedly drive customers away from the establishment.
