Very bad customer service, even the order was taken after 30 min, then we waited for around 2 hours, then enquired, they still preparing the food, so we left Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yesterday, I purchased "kuzhi manthi" from BUCCANS RESTAURANT for takeout. Unfortunately, when I received the food, it contained someone else's leftovers, complete with chicken bones that had clearly been chewed. This experience left me deeply disappointed with their customer service. Upon raising the issue with the restaurant staff, they not only refused to acknowledge the problem but also responded rudely, shouting at us. This lack of accountability and poor treatment of customers is highly concerning and not reflective of a quality dining experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
