I had ordered 1 kg Ghewar for my guests from BTW. Previously, I had tasted your items and they were of great taste, but this time the Ghewar was stale in taste. I already called on the shop’s number but did not get any satisfactory resolution. Kindly look into this matter and provide an appropriate solution... representative is saying delivery location is 10 km away , we can't do anything ... kindly say it to Zomato ... I m not getting any resolution
