Ordered from BTW via Zomato, and the experience was disappointing. The Pani Puris arrived broken and soggy, and the Aaloo Tikki was burnt. This outlet’s quality is not at par with the usual BTW standards. Definitely not what I expected! Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
