This place has really gone downhill. The service was poor—there were no water jugs on the tables, and the food took far too long to arrive despite multiple reminders. The once-delicious BTW tikki has lost its flavor and appeal. The thali was especially disappointing: the naan was rubbery and difficult to chew, the rice seemed stale, and the mixed vegetables were bland and lacking any real taste. It’s clear that both quality and customer service have taken a hit. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
