The food had insects in it. There was a bee in the sambar. Terrible unhygienic food. So expensive yet there were insects in the food. Shame on BtW. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bittu Tikki Wala in Janakpuri is a well-known name for chaat and North Indian snacks. The taste is decent, especially the aloo tikki and bhalla papdi, but honestly, it feels a bit overrated compared to the hype. Prices are slightly on the higher side for street food, though the cleanliness and hygiene are better than regular roadside vendors. The place is usually crowded, so getting a seat can be difficult, and the service feels rushed at times. Extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food was stale and completely unappetizing. Serving old food is not just unprofessional, it's a serious health risk. I expected better standards. This experience has made me lose trust in your brand. Please take food safety seriously. Definitely not ordering again unless major changes are made.
