Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Place! I had the most horrible experience at this outlet. I ordered Veg Manchurian and Chilli Paneer, and what I received was beyond disgusting. The food was served in the most unhygienic and careless manner. It looked stale, tasted horrible, and smelled like it had been reheated multiple times. I ended up vomiting after reaching home — that’s how bad the food was. To make it worse, the staff here is shockingly rude and arrogant. The so-called manager, Dinesh, was extremely disrespectful when I politely complained about the quality of the food. Instead of listening, he told me, “This is how it's served here,” as if I had no idea what Veg Manchurian or Chilli Paneer should taste like. He acted like a complete ill-mannered person, lacking even basic customer service etiquette. I was shocked by his tone and unprofessional attitude. It's clear that the staff has zero training and no interest in customer satisfaction. I’ve eaten at countless places, but this is by far the worst experience I've had in years. This brand has completely lost its credibility for me. The food, service, and hygiene — all were a BIG ZERO. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Found a pic in my gallery today, I know it is late because i forgot to write a review that time. I have ordered sweets from BTW (late night craving), i ordered angoori kesar petha and rasbhari. Rasbhari was very dry and you won't believe they send me paan mithai instead of angoori kesar petha and when I called BTW, phone was switched off. So BTW if you don't have the sweets available than avoid accepting the orders because it can spoil someone's mood. What you exactly did. Food: 1
