Staff's and owner Behavior and ambience is very nice. There is a lot of scope to improve the quality and quantity of food. A bit expensive too as per the quantity. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800

BTS ARMY - Korean Restaurant: A Disappointing Experience Location: The restaurant is easy to find, thanks to accurate map directions and its proximity to South City Mall. Atmosphere: From the entry, the place is small, with only five tables. The seating arrangements may be uncomfortable for older patrons due to the design of the chairs and tables. The decoration is heavily themed with purple lights, which are uncomfortable and unnecessary to convey the BTS theme. Some better lighting options were available but not in use. When I requested these lights be turned on, the owner questioned my request, which was quite odd. Food Quality: We ordered Egg Kimbap, a Crispy Corn Dog with Sausage, and Ramen. The Ramen was served first, despite my specific request for it to be less spicy, it was extremely spicy. Shockingly, we found an insect in the Ramen after eating half of it. When we informed the staff, the lady removed the dish but mentioned this wasn't the first time, raising serious concerns about their hygiene practices. Despite this, no action seemed to have been taken to prevent such issues. The rest of the food was not worth the price and overall, it was overpriced for the quality provided. Overall Experience: The combination of uncomfortable seating, poor lighting, and unsatisfactory food quality, particularly the hygiene issue, makes this restaurant hard to recommend. I would advise others to avoid it.
