I don't know about the ambience of the restaurant and the service system. All I know about this restaurant is the shawarma they make. It's an authentic flavour with juicy chicken and mouth watering taste. We often visit this place for only shawarma though there are a lot of options in vizag. Hygiene is better, staff is arrogant, they give uncooked and stale food. If you complain they say if you don't want then don't come here.
