We recently dined at this place. unfortunately, experienced food poisoning afterward. We attempted to contact the restaurant to address the issue but received no response. This lack of acknowledgment is both disappointing and unprofessional, reflecting very poorly on their customer service. We strongly urge the management to take such concerns seriously and improve their communication with customers. Really disappointed. An uptown cafe with a good selection of pastries and munchies. The coffee and juices are good. Sandwiches and burgers are delicious and ensure tummy filling as well. Earlier, they used to serve chicken samosas, pathiris etc. which were all very delicious. They stopped it and now sell only western snacks to cater to the needs of iPhone freaks. Perhaps better margins are kept in mind considering the standards of the hospital they are located in. Who wants to take care of ordinary people anyway !
