Nice place for budget-friendly pizza lovers! I recently visited British Pizza, Vastral, and overall, it was a good experience. The pizzas were tasty, especially the unlimited option – great value for money! The staff was polite and service was quick. The place is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a casual hangout. I visited British Pizza in Vastral on 13-06-2025, and I had a very disappointing experience. The unlimited pizza offer sounded promising, but the reality was far from it. The pizzas lacked freshness and flavor, and the other items like Manchurian and starters tasted old and stale, as if they had been prepared well in advance and just reheated. Nothing felt freshly made. On top of that, the service was quite poor — the staff were slow, inattentive, and behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. There was no sense of hospitality, and it felt like they were doing a favor by serving us. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit. I would not recommend British Pizza Vastral to anyone looking for quality food or decent customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
