It's totally worthless bec the quality is very low and it's totally disappointed for all the customers , no cheese , no topping, no test , no hygiene and no satisfied results after complaint. So plz make sure to try the another one pizza outlet rather than this british pizza nikol bec it's not about money but it's about the test and food quality. Absolutely horrible experience at British Pizza (Nikol location). The pizza was served without any cheese, and when we complained, no one bothered to listen. Instead of solving the issue, the staff argued with us and made the situation worse. On top of that, the beverages had no gas at all, completely flat and undrinkable. What made it even more disappointing was the owner’s behavior. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards customers. Rather than showing responsibility, the owner added to the bad experience with a terrible attitude. This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever visited - bad food, careless staff, and an owner who doesn’t value customers at all. Definitely not recommended.
