Authenticity & Quality Lost—Visit at Your Own Risk! Unlike the flagship Brik Oven outlet, the Forum South location feels disconnected from the brand’s original charm. The ambiance, flavors, and overall experience fall short, making it feel more like a diluted franchise than an authentic extension. Declining Quality Over Time: As regular visitors over the past two years (almost once every quarter), we’ve observed a steep decline in food quality, especially in the last six months. Once-reliable favorites no longer deliver the same taste or satisfaction. Disappointing Menu Execution: The Quattro Formaggi was a huge letdown. Far from the promised richness of a quattro formaggi, it resembled a poorly executed Margherita with little to no distinction in cheese profiles. Our go-to favorite, Bird in Hand, also failed to impress. Previously a standout, this time it lacked the flavor and freshness we once loved. Visual Decline Evident: Attached images clearly showcase the difference in presentation and topping quality from previous visits — a stark reminder of the outlet’s decline. After multiple chances and repeat visits, we’ve finally decided to part ways with this location. It’s disheartening to see a beloved brand lose its essence. We wish the team the best!
