Smashed Burgers. Surat. Chicken and Mutton both in the best possible way. This is what the newest burger sensation of Surat gets in the form of my review. Try what you like. Try their recommendations. Experience it at their store (small, limited seating, owner operated, simple) or to go (perfect takeaway). Juicy burgers, amazing grilled buns, variety of options and customized to your choices or preferences. Must try. Must visit. There are few things i would like to address which the owner need to consider if he/she is doing any business: 1) Every customer is equal, i see the owner not responding well and talking rudely to the male customers. 2) Please show respect to the customers we are here for food not for our insult. 3) Partiality towards family dine in customers, I went to their store to takeaway firstly the owner talked to me rudely, I started to give my order of chicken wings he refused ( mere paas wings k bohot orders hai ye nahi milega dusra kuch chahie to jaldi bolo). Then he ran to dinein customer where they wanted wings for takeaway but he agreed to give them. 4) Cannot handle customers keep running towards dine in customers even in between taking orders ( this is irritating, bhai mera order likh rahe ho wo likho pehle baad m apne dine in customer sambhalo. Writes one thing run away then comes after 2 mins writes again run away ) so if u dont have people to handle please hire. 5) Feeling of pride in owners tone: feels like hamare pass itne orders hai so tumhari importannce hamare lie irrelevant hai. So if anyone visiting please consider above points no doubt food is good but the service and the way to talk to customers is horrible and insulting. Hope owners realize that every customer is still important even u have lot of them. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1

In a space where Indianizing fast food is the norm, Brgr Plz brings you an authenticity different from seen before, they got some amazing burgers with unique tastes that deserve a try!!
