The service at this outlet is far from customer-friendly. The cakes and puffs are not recommended at all. The puffs are spoiled as they are kept in a cabin exposed to sunlight outside. The cakes are poorly decorated and taste bad. The service is terrible, with rude and unhelpful staff. Even when bread is available in the morning, the staff takes their time to start selling, appearing disinterested and sleepy. I've rarely visited this outlet, but every time I've had a bad experience, so I will not be visiting again. There are many better brands with superior service available. Worst Service experience. Not even deserves 1 star. Regular customer of Breadliner, today having small celebration so wanted to buy a pastry. Asked to write some letters on it but breadliner person rudely denied for it and his Behavior was very low category. Service: 1
