Store manager of chembur outlet is cheting in delivery buy sending veg food In nonveg dishes (if any one wants nonveg food they send paneer dish and say it is delivered but mistake) and as we say delivery executive to arrange call with manager he says manager's duty have finish (they don't won't to committee there mistake) As I am regularly ordering food from this app . from atleast 3years Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Dietary restrictions: Please see your order from chembur branch getting delivered make COD confirm yours dish (they send paneer in nonveg dishes)

Ordered egg curry, it seemed like they took out an already packed container of the curry, reheated in the oven for too long, burning not just the curry but the container too, letting the plastic burnt pieces mix in the curry. Horrible and dangerous quality compromise. Nvr gonna order from BOX8 again, roadside low quality food would be less harmful than pushing plastic in my gut.
