"I was really looking forward to trying [Restaurant Bonzo], but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The service was slow, and the food took forever to arrive. When it finally did, the dishes were bland and lacked flavor. The ambiance was also disappointing, it felt cramped and noisy. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to our requests.
