1/5 stars - Unacceptable experience with Bonzo via Zomato,Ordered a coffee for what I thought was ₹59 (as per the menu attached with the order), but Zomato charged ₹191! The coffee itself was subpar - half a glass of weak, watery liquid that didn't match the description. And to add insult, they charged me for a "free" dish. The biggest issue is the blatant price discrepancy. ₹59 vs ₹191 is a huge difference! Need a refund ASAP and an explanation for this price hike. Unprofessional and unacceptable Zomato, sort this out! Refund my money now
