I had a terrible experience at Bombay Social Cafe. The staff behaved inappropriately and were extremely unprofessional. They forcefully demanded parking charges without any clear justification and seemed utterly confused about the charges and the associated timings. When we tried to clarify, instead of addressing our concerns, they rudely asked us to leave the restaurant! This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. A restaurant should prioritize customer service and transparency, but here, all we got was hostility and confusion. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they don’t want to deal with unnecessary harassment over parking. Definitely not worth the visit! Parking is not covered under our service pervue. If you have your vehicle parking legally is also your responsibility. You cannot blame a restaurant for providing ample parking.
