Bad system of reservation. Had a booking with them suddenly I was asked for a cover charge. At least mention the same while booking

Please don’t go by the menu, they don’t have happy hours on weekdays. Nor do they tell you that you can chose any 1 between district offer /happy hours. Also denied having kingfisher entirely and they did not have pitcher or a tower. Could’ve atleast called and informed about the same. They should do better.
