I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Cidade Horizon and I wanted to personally thank Mr Sheikh Tajuddin and his team for creating such a delightful dining experience. Every meal I enjoyed carried a perfect balance of flavors that reflected both creativity and authenticity. What stood out most to me was the attention to detail—whether it was the freshness of ingredients, the thoughtful pairings, or the warm hospitality your team extended. We’ve been visiting Taj Cidade in Donapaula regularly from past 2 years now, and every time we’re amazed by the experience. The food, the ambience, and the service have always been top-notch. During our recent visit to BLD on 07/06/25, we ordered several dishes. Unfortunately, the paneer steak was a major letdown. It lacked the typical dairy texture and flavor we remembered from our previous visits—especially compared to the delicious version we had back in January. We sincerely hope it wasn’t made with analogue paneer, which the Chef later confirmed it wasn't. That said, we appreciated the chef’s acknowledgment and apology. What truly salvaged the experience was the outstanding service by our waiter, Mr. Hemchand. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly special. Thank you for ensuring our evening ended on a high note. Looking forward to many more visits—just hoping for the return of that wonderful paneer dish we remember so fondly.
