The best bakery shop in badlapur.....had purchased everything from here all are good quality.....they also make wheat base pizza which is awesome..... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the shop. Two days ago, I booked a cake for November 6, 2024, but the staff mistakenly booked it for November 8, 2024. When I arrived to collect my order, they informed me of the error in a careless and laughing tone. To make matters worse, they claimed that the cake maker fell unconscious on November 5, resulting in all orders being canceled. What's appalling is that the staff didn't notify me about the issue promptly. Instead, they took the matter lightly, showing no apology or concern. If the cake maker was ill, the shop should have closed or made alternative arrangements. Instead, they continued taking orders despite knowing their staff member's health issues. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. Service: 1
