Come here for a meal after seeing Pipliyapala Regional Park Indore. The staff is cheerful that's what makes this restaurant so good. Enjoyable service is something visitors like here. I had the worst experience at BITTU JI SOYA CHAAP WALE today. I ordered a soya chaap and it took more than 25 minutes to arrive. When I asked the staff when my order would be ready, they rudely told me to take my money back or wait. I was shocked by their behavior. I have never been treated so poorly by a restaurant staff before. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I am giving this restaurant 1 star because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. I hope that the management of this restaurant will take note of this review and take steps to improve the customer service and the quality of the food. I would also like to add that the restaurant was dirty and there was a strong smell of grease in the air. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, even if the food was good.
