Extremely Irresponsible Behaviour. The person who i called to report the issue, blocked my number after the 2nd call, I tried calling from another number, ring went and no one picked up. During the 1st conversation while i was speaking about my complaint, in between they disconnected the call. I had ordered veg biryani and have received chicken biriyani. Swiggy did not help in the refund so directly called the restaurant. Atleast own up to the mistake. Mistakes like this happens at restaurant and it is understandable, however dont ghost your customers and listen to their problems. There are better biriyani places in cuttack with better service. Please visit there and avoid biriyani box. Service: 1
