It was my first visit to Bhandara Bites, run by renowned Chef Vinod. He has received many awards for his excellence in culinary and also worked closely with many celebrity chefs. He brings with him, years of experience, of having travelled in India and abroad and understanding the taste and innovative recipes that are evergreen. Their USP is focus on nutrition while retaining the taste & at affordable prices. They opened in Dwarka in February. Even with limited space, you can sense they are committed to promoting healthy eating habits amongst our Indian households. Their menu is packed with wholesome meals. You won't find any junk food there! So it's perfect when it comes to online food ordering. I wanted to try all of their dishes. After taking sometime, while the Chef was explaining the dishes, I ordered Beans and barley assemble. It was beautifully presented and lot of ingredients were clearly visible. Loved every bite of it, neither too spicy nor too bland, just right. The taste was remarkable and lasted long after finishing the dish. Post that, I ordered khoya kheer. It was rich, flavourful and had a delicious aroma! It tasted like home-made kheer but with an extra punch of dry fruits. This will be my choice whenever I'm lazy, tired or just craving delicious food, without any guilt, delivered to my doorstep. You can find them on zomato! A must-try.
