We are a repeat customer however we weren’t conveyed that zomato offer isn’t applicable on the drinks getting the bill they were sharing that its a restaurant discretion. It is nowhere mentioned in the terms and conditions of the offer. Also the manager Annie is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. Will not recommend this.

Visited Bg’s poolside for an evening with colleagues, to have a good time with drinks and the vibe from the poolside. Main reason for selection was proximity to office and Zomato carnival offer.Things went south from the outset, I had made a booking for 10, later 2 more planned to join. Made a request to accommodate, when we were told that they had reservations and couldn’t block additional tables the response was they don’t have additional chairs, something I wouldn’t have imagined. It was becoming an embarrassing experience for me since my invitees were starting to get uncomfortable. Fortunately a manager could come and find 2 chairs out of thin air, all this fiasco made it very distasteful for a good part of 30 minutes. I have had better experience at smaller places, needless to say Taj experiences have always been wonderful. I had purchased a carnival coupon, while making payment I was told that the coupon doesn’t cover alcoholic drinks and I was also asked to read the T&C’s of the offer, surprise-surprise fine prints can punch you when one least expects, for a change though fine print didn’t mention anything about not including alcoholic drinks so the last straw that was drawn by the Marriot staff was bottled drinks are considered as alcoholic drinks in the Marriot world. So much for being an international brand, that was enough low-balling that I could take, I decided to give in to the below the belt dealing from Marriot decided to pay and get done with it.Our bill was a touch below INR 60 K for 11-12 folks, still can’t digest the services at Marriot.Not a chance in the world that I’m visiting this place
