All in all very bad experience with B.G.Naidu sweets, TVS Tollgate, Trichy. I had ordered 1 sweet bread, 1 Ghee Ladoo, 1 assorted sweets + 2 Nos.sweet buns at 4:45 pm today. However, even after the given delivery period (25 mts) the order wasn't picked up by the delivery partner. After me enquiring many times from the restaurant, I was not given the actual position of my order. Finally, the Order was delivered to me at around 6:10 pm. On opening the package it was found that 1 Sweet Bun was missing from the package. Very bad handling by BG Naidu sweets. not expected of them. Also Zomato was of little help. Pathetic!!!

actual rate of the product varies from the Zomato rate .one example, dry jamun - ₹140(Zomato price) but ₹95(shop price)so I think it's over priced.
