DON'T DINE IN IF YOU NEED A REALLY NICE EXPERIENCE, AS FAR AS THE SITUATION DOESN'T GET BETTER AND THEY REOPEN AGAIN WITH ALL THE SERVICES LIKE GAME ZONE AND PROPER STAFF.
THEIR IS NO GAMING ZONE IN OPERATION RIGHT NOW. FYI.
They were doing great before covid, as per my opinion, and since have got so much good ratings, but for now, the experience I had, the cafe was really less of staff, no proper greetings were shared. Second the prices may look a bit on a higher side.
I ordered momos (pizza cheese), for 120 ruppes 6 momos were served, but nothing special as per the name, only the filling had a bit of Oregano and mayonnaise inside the momos. Although being a food enthusiast I have been to some wonderful places, were the defination of pizza momos is definitely way too different than what was served. Second I had a issue with the portion of Maggie, we ordered a double masala Maggie, where the whole portion was of a single block of Maggie, out of the larger pack. And nothing special was done for the presentation,taste or anything, it was just boiled, and same as a home made thing it was served in a paper bowl.
Third the Pink sauce pasta was the most pathetic thing I have ever had, before ordering it I asked them If they are gonna make it in a indian curry sauce, what generally is served elsewhere, they agreed on that. But after it appeared to me, the pasta was really stale, they just mixed the red and white sauce and started calling them, pink which shouldn't be expected from such a place.
Also the, serving style, was not appreciated well, having very limited menu, no beverages, only lemonade was available which also, like a nimbu paani. Which will still cost you 50/- for 300 ml of this drink, which wasn't even after they gave us a discount of 30% and was polite as per the behaviour, I don't have issues with them, in person.
But being on pro, you expect a elite class to dine in, and serving the guest with very normal taste with a higher price bracket atleast owe some good cutlery and spoons, to atleast enhance the experience.
Even since we were the only person in the cafe no one really came to check if everything is fine with us or not. I might have turned to be a very hard customer for them, who used to analyse everything inside the cafe, to bring honest content to my viewers.
Next time whenever I would go, there if they will improve I will definitely bring a whole story, and will definitely help them promote their concept of game zone and stuff. I went their for a story but didn't really found anything worth sharing at this moment. I wish them best of luck, and would want that they should deeply look into the critics, I have raised as a customer. To improve their service, and should stay in the run for much longer.
