the tiramisu biscuits were hard. it should be like cake. but it was too hard. even broke the wooden spoon it came with. next time, just soak it in coffee for a few seconds before assembling the tiramisu. otherwise the cream tasted nice. not too sweet. which is good. but the hard biscuits were a let down.
