Very bad experience....twice... never deliver the cake on time always 1-2 hr late delivery of cake in party.. they give silly explanation for that delay tooo....worst experience

Twice we had bad experience especially with delivery timelines. It was promised that by 7pm cake will be delivered but till 8:20 there was no update. Ultimately guests also started to leave the party which was very embarrassing. On mother’s day also we had ordered a cake where bread was very hard and cream was tasteless with very less sugar .
